Answered by Honest John. This is usually caused by sludge in the washer reservoir blocking the mesh filter for the pump. A quick fix is to get a hosepipe, shove it right into the bottom of the washer reservoir, hold it there, then get someone else to turn on the tap. That blasts all the crud out of the reservoir. When the screen wash button on the stalk is pressed nothing happens, wipers do not operate and the washer pump does not work. I have looked at the user manual and Haynes and checked Fuse F34 in the engine bay and fuse F14 glove box and both seem to be ok. 2017 fiesta - with this stereo. My problem is that when I press the media button - the screen momentarily flashes a sync folder then back to fm. phone buttons do not work - cannot access setup menu to reset anything.
