You need to complete blueprint quest lines. It's pretty far down the chain of quests, and you'll need to build the various stations in your base and hire the questgivers for your base and do what they tell you. Like the title says, has anyone managed to get a landing pad blueprint in the NEXT update, and if so, how? I don't want to hear answers pre-NEXT or speculation, because neither of those are helpful in the least, especially with how radically NEXT changed the game.
